The ongoing dispute between Dancing on Ice between Gemma Collins and Jason Gardiner would have taken another turn with the judge now "threatening to sue."
On Sunday night, the two men fell into the TV after Gemma accused the judge of selling him stories about him.
The star of Esbad also criticized Jason for stopping his rehearsals for the competition, saying that negative titles had caused him stress.
After their epic confrontation, the Sun announced that Jason wanted to sue Gemma in court.
An insider told the publication: "Jason has informed Gemma of his intention to sue her, he is livid".

The 47-year-old judge insisted that he had been questioned about many things in the interview that had angered Gemma in which he called him "lazy".
According to the Sun, Gemma would be stressed by the threat of a lawsuit and hoped that the situation could deteriorate so that she could continue learning to skate.

This follows reports that Jason wanted the Dancing on Ice leaders to reprimand Gemma for his behavior towards him.
According to initiates of the show, Jason would have liked the TOWIE star to take responsibility for their heated debate.
Immediately after Gemma's second performance, Jason said she was lacking clbad in her comments, prompting Gemma to call for selling articles about her in the press.

"Boring!" she answered, before shouting repeatedly, "Do not sell me stories."
Gemma's boyfriend, James Silver, is then involved on social media warning Jason not to talk about his partner in the press.
