Reality TV may be marked by drama, but when it comes to Little people, big world, fans love the quality of the series. We like to follow Matt and Amy Roloff, two small people with four children who own a family farm together. Nowadays, Matt and Amy have divorced and Roloff kids grow up fast with their weddings and kids. But instead of being the big happy family that we imagined, there also seems to have been a lot of divisions between them over the years.
The most noticeable fracture came from Jacob, the black sheep child of the Roloff family. Here's why he left the show in the first place and will never come back.

I get constant comments about people missing me in the series or telling me that I should do a few more episodes with the family; I post this to say that it will never happen. For the sake of episode and criticism, I saw a lot of STORYLINES written (vaguely) about our lives, and when I stood here, behind the scenes and looking at it from an outside point of view, I could not just do not stop me. laughing. To laugh at how much producers have to make the arguments, and how ridiculous the arguments are. . To falsely quote Chomsky, "the primary objective of any system is to preserve the integrity of this system", which means that the main objective that I have felt and observed during the years of "the crew" is to preserve their work and rankings, which to you to be right or wrong. That's not to say that they're all soulless companies or something like that, there have been and that good people have been involved, but that does not negate the fact that they have their own personal agenda. For me, finding that the crew agenda does not work well with the health and happiness of our family is what made me decide a long time ago that I would not be able to do it. 39 would not be part of it as soon as possible. . All in all, I appreciate people who want me to "stay with the family" for a few more episodes, but the filmed family is not my family. These are the Roloff characters and I have almost nothing in common with them, nor do I want to be a character myself. As soon as the cameras have fallen, it's almost as if they've never played the role. 20 minutes after taking this picture, all of us, as well as friends, lit a campfire late at night. So, I'm with my family and I love them, I'm just here to say you'll never see that on TV again. (This picture is from a few months ago)
We know Small people, big world can not last forever, and it is clear that some of Roloff's children, like Molly and Jeremy, wanted to leave the series to pursue other adventures. Jacob also left the show years ago – but since then he has explained why. And while he may have other ways to explore his life outside of television, he has also written candidly about Instagram about the seriousness of the program.
On an Instagram post written in July 2016, Jacob put everything in place to explain why he would never appear again in the series. He wrote that the stories written by the producers were barely realistic for him and that all the experience was ridiculously inauthentic. "For me, finding that the crew agenda does not work well with the health and happiness of our family is what made me decide a long time ago that I would not be part of it as soon as I could, "he wrote. Jacob also explained: "These are the Roloff characters and I have almost nothing in common with them, nor do I want to be a character myself."
He revealed in his book that the show was hurting his mental health.
Jacob's Instagram was not the only time he criticized the production of the series. Jacob's weekly notes, Jacob also published a book titled Verbing that included tests of his personal growth – so of course he explained how he was affected by the production.
The publication notes that Jacob never really wanted to film the series, and once he agreed, he could say that it affected his sanity. In his book, he said that he felt "angry" and added, "This has resulted in arguments and misunderstandings with the family, especially with my parents, which has resulted in their decision to" 39, to experience seeing a therapist ". Fans also noted that Jacob seemed to have a serious quarrel with most of his family members – although today, their relationship seems to be much better. And maybe it's better for him since he decided the show was not for him.
He also seems not to get along with his sister-in-law, Audrey
Another reason why Jacob may have had problems in the series maybe because of Audrey, Jeremy's wife. In Touch Weekly reminds us that both religions have totally opposite religious views. Although Jacob follows his entire family on Instagram, he does not follow Audrey. In addition, Jacob still post photos of him with Zach's child, but rarely photos with Jeremy and Audrey.
It seems that Audrey has tried to redeem himself with Jacob, however, so there may be no real coolness between them. And they are no longer regulars in the series. Anyway, the liberated energy of Jacob may require that he have more space away from his family because he seems better than ever.
