The real reason Sophia Richie and Scott Disick want to have a baby before getting engaged

After two years of dating, Sofia Richie and Scott Disick are ready to take the next step, and we are not talking about marriage.

Instead of walking in the aisle, the 20-year-old model and the 35-year-old reality show want to start their own family.

Is another baby Disick on the way very soon?

The couple is very serious

Sources have revealed that Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are very in love and have discussed their future together on several occasions.

Relatives of the couple think that a baby could happen long before Disick and Richie say "I do." According to a source, "It's more likely that she gets pregnant before getting engaged," but they're not actively trying to conceive a child yet.

Although they are not looking to have a baby yet, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are currently concerned about the three children of Disick, Mason, Penelope and Reign.

Sofia Richie knows Disick children very well and loves to hang out with them. "Sofia spends time with Scott's kids and she even has a relationship with her ex, Kourtney Kardashian," a source said.

Richie's relationship with Kourtney Kardashian continues to grow

Although Sofia Richie has not received a warm welcome in the family from Kourtney Kardashian, former ex-nurse at Disick, the two are warming up little by little.

At first, Kourtney Kardashian was not a fan of the relationship between Disick and Richie, believing that the 18-year-old model was too young for her ex.

Last December, Sofia Richie revealed that she knew that Kourtney Kardashian "was not crazy about her" but was happy to have proved how good she was with the children of Kardashian.

According to one source, Kourtney Kardashian "does not necessarily care about getting to know Sofia better, but she thinks she has to do it because of the kids."

The two women showed that they were cordial to each other after Sofia Richie had spent the New Year's Eve weekend with Scott Disick and the Kardashian family in Aspen.

When asked what she would tell the couple if they got engaged in an interview with Andy Cohen, Kourtney Kardashian revealed that she would send a quick and easy "congratulations".

Sofia Richie would be a good mom

After seeing Richie interact with the Disick children, there is no doubt that the model would be an excellent mother.

Disick and Richie really like it and there are many who think it is only a matter of time before these two welcome a baby together.

Although they do not get married any time soon, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie love the family a lot. With all the drama that surrounds the Kardashian family as well as Disick's own family, Sofia Richie does not intend to found her own family to escape some of the drama.

"Scott's family life has been disrupted and will continue to be a concern for Sofia, but she is trying to cope without drama," the source said. "She likes Scott and wants to be with him."

Neither Disick nor Richie commented on baby rumors, so we'll see if the world will be introduced to another Disick in the near future.
