It's been almost ten years since John Sergeant came out of Strictly Come Dancing after throwing the sponge hard in the middle of the series.
But time has not been a good healer for Craig Revel Horwood, a judge of the acidic tongue.
The 54-year-old still can not forgive and forget – and considers that the broadcaster's release in 2009 has left everyone in suspense and makes him the candidate that he can stand more than anyone else.
Sergeant Haphazard, then 64, left after claiming it would be unfair if he won the Glitterball.
Ten years ago, he said, "The problem is that I am now in danger of winning the competition. Even for me, it would be a joke too far. "
Judge Craig still does not buy his excuses – and said that there was no chance for him to win the hit.

He opened up on the saga when interviewed by the fans and criticized the dreaded dancer for letting people down.
"The John Sergeant saga is always something I'm not comfortable with all these years later," he said.
"I thought it was very unfair that he did not see it. Inequitable for everyone – especially people who pay a lot of money to vote for him the previous weeks.
"I always wondered" does he do that to make an impact? "Then resigning as he did left a real bitter taste in your mouth, I could not promote it and I would never do it.

"If it were mine, I would have made it dance – I would have forced him to complete the contract that he signed."
"You have to remember that these people are paid as work. The BBC is spending a lot to get them there. The least you can do is meet the job specifications.
"You can not just say," I'm not going to win, I'm missing. "I mean, he would never have won, the British public is not stupid. but he just spoiled it and still manages to reach me. "
