Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, son of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, was baptized at an intimate ceremony while he was two months old on Saturday, July 6th. The seventh row baptism of the throne was kept private from the royal secret the visitors, with only a few details revealed. Here is everything we know about royal baptism so far.
The little Archie was baptized by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
In accordance with a royal tradition, the holy water of the Jordan was used for the ceremony.
It is believed that the river is where Jesus was baptized by St. John and is a popular pilgrimage site for many Christians.
The baptism was carried out with the aid of the silver baptism Lily Font, commissioned by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1840.

The 21-pound gold-silver font is a feature of royal baptisms since its first use in the baptism of their first child, Victoria Adelaide, Mary Louisa.
Archie also wore a handmade replica of the royal baptismal gown from a royal tradition dating back to Queen Victoria in the mid-1800s.
The new garment is a replica of the dress that Queen Victoria ordered to her firstborn, Victoria.
Before the dress was replaced, she had been worn by 62 royal babies and had 163 years of service.

Members of St George's Chapel Choir performed at Saturday's ceremony, during which Meghan wore a white Dior dress and Kate a Stella McCartney outfit.
After the baptism, the Duke and Duchess of Susbad published two photos taken by fashion photographer Chris Allerton.
Mr. Allerton also photographed the wedding photographs of Harry and Meghan and stated that he was "honored to take official photographs at baptism".
The photos showed guests, including Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, Prince William and Harry, his brother, and his wife, and the sisters of Princess Diana, Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale.
What we mostly do not know are the names of Archie's godparents.
Buckingham Palace confirmed before baptism that it would remain secret.
In a statement, the palace said: "The godparents, in accordance with their wishes, will remain confidential."
But the presence of the sisters of Harry's late mother fueled the speculation that they would have been chosen for the spiritual role.
