Manchester United winger Alexis Sanchez, Paul Ince, insists that a decision must be made as to his future at the club.
Sanchez has had a tough time at Old Trafford since moving to Arsenal a little over a year ago with one goal and three badists all season.
The Chilean was one of the few players to have fought under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the Norwegian revitalized most of his team after his poor performance under Jose Mourinho.
Solskjaer even said Tuesday after losing to PSG that he "could not do anything against Alexis Sanchez."
"The way Alexis Sanchez is playing right now is a shame," Ince told Paddy Power.
"His performances are a joke for the salary he wins. I would not regret either his high salary, if I imagined that he was really doing everything and playing well, but when you give someone that money, you expect a lot more.
"The fans deserve better, Ole [Gunnar Solskjaer] deserves better, and the rest of his team too.
"Maybe he has the bump because he's not in the starting lineup, but it's not a surprise! He is desperate, completely everywhere.
"We have to make a decision about his future at Old Trafford because it does not work.
"But this is the dilemma to which the leaders must be sent. The players that the previous boss had paid with high salaries are impossible to eliminate. So you have to try to make them work in your team.
"At a million kilometers from his best, he looks like a completely different player."
