The highest court in South Korea has declared illegal the rejection of the visa by the former Korean government, Yoo Seung-joon, former K-pop singer. Today's decision by the Supreme Court opened the possibility for Yoo Seung-joon to return to Korea in 17 years, accusing the South Korean government of illegally rejecting Yoo's visa application.
