Reverend Monsignor Simon Assamoah, Vicar General of the Diocese of Wiawso, urged Christians to serve with humility wherever they find themselves in positions of trust.

Reverend Assamoah, a double priest of the parish of the Catholic Church of Immaculate Conception in Enchi, said that during an interview with the Ghana News Agency, while Christians celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

He said recently that the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, had spoken of political vigilance, stressing that Ghanaians could avoid this by humiliating it.

Bishop Assamoah said that the resurrection of Christ meant a new life for Christians around the world, because a new life in Christ implied that Christians had to renew and change their attitude and strive to imitate it.

He urged Christians to reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and to let it manifest in their daily lives and invited them to strive to cultivate his goodness to attract more people to the kingdom. of God.
