Later in the day on Tuesday, Adria filed her own petition in which she claimed that her sister's efforts to "participate in the management" of her father's music had been "thwarted" by Dana, "who claimed to be the only authority responsible for managing his music. the music. She also alleges that Dana conspired to disregard her decisions by failing to distribute Petty's "artistic properties" in an LLC (Limited Liability Company), as stipulated in Petty's will. She claims that she and her sister have been left out for "marketing, promotion and art considerations" around the posthumous album releases.
With her family making the headlines, Annakim, an artist, broke her silence on social media. With a picture of her father on stage, she writes, "We do not sell. No vampires 2019. "
In the comments, she wrote the hashtag: "I rely on my father's will." She also reiterated her remark "no vampires" and added "no TMZ", which made a report on the drama that claims that the girls attacked the Heartbreakers.
Last month, in an interview with Display panel the sisters talked about managing Petty's legacy – and working alongside Heartbreakers.
"These are our uncles," said Adria about heartbreakers Mike Campbell and Benmont Tench. "We are all struggling with chaos. our world just explode when [Petty] died. We are all a little shocked. But they were great – and the other members of this team who had been there for a long time as well. I am extremely proud of them for the amount of work they have done with us.

Petty died in October 2017, just days before her 67th birthday, from an accidental drug overdose.
