Theory of the plot Avril Lavigne – star who died 15 years ago and was replaced by an actress

Pop star Avril Lavigne has been at the center of one of the most bizarre rumors of recent years, a wild conspiracy theory suggesting that she died 15 years ago and that she was replaced by an actress.

The singer dominated the charts in the early 2000s.

From 2002 to 2007, the Canadian pop star convinced fans with songs like Complicated and Girlfriend, and taught us how to wear a tie on a t-shirt.

Of course, like most people in the eyes of the public, April has fallen victim to rumors and gossip.

But it may be a reworked plot theory that has turned out to be the most bizarre and entertaining.

April was admitted to the same dubious pantheon of "impostor celebrity" populated by Paul McCartney and Eminem after a discussion claiming that she had died in 2003 and had been replaced by a "clone".

As with the most ridiculous conjectures, it started on Twitter.

One user rekindled the bonfire, claiming that the singer had been dead for a while and that thousands of others were lost in the rabbithole.

Predictably, it turned out to be some sort of cat-tune for other Twitter users and intrepid plot theorists.

Their reasoning behind the theory was that Avril was only 18 when she was projected into the spotlight and that she quickly found that the attention of the paparazzi was difficult to manage.

So she did that.

Apparently, the name of the actress, who looks like the lookalike, is Melissa Vandella "and they quickly became the best friends of the world".

Not only that, but according to the theorists, Avril would have even had Melissa in the studio and – suspend your disbelief – taught her to sing like her.

Melissa supposedly caught fire on April and wander like her, and would even walk on the red carpet for her.

Apparently, the differences were clear to see.

Then the tragedy struck April in 2003.

The loss of her grandfather would have been too much for the singer who, according to the theory, has committed suicide.

As a cash cow, her record company apparently decided to continue publishing April songs, using Melissa.

"Evidence" is a strong word, but theorists claim that there are many, like the fact that "Melissa" has different birthmarks from Avril Lavigne and that Avril became very "nervous" when asked how the conspiracy compliments in an interview.

In truth, April has been battling Lyme disease since 2015 and divorced her husband, Nickelback leader Chad Kroeger.

Which probably explains why she was not much in the eyes of the public.

Yet, rumors of impostors may be a sign of honor for celebrities.

You know that people are always worried about when each photo of you will have been taken.
