Ben Wilmot, a new lender in the city of Swansea, said his previous loan to Udinese, in the turmoil of Serie A, had made him a better player and a better person.
The 19-year-old central defender has arrived from Premier League Watford until the end of the season.
Wilmot believes his experience in Italy will be beneficial for the next championship campaign.
