The Electoral Commission (EC) announced that a new meeting of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) will be recalled in the coming days to discuss the establishment of a new electoral list.

According to the electoral body, although it concedes that there was "no in-depth discussion"When establishing a new electoral register, the issue was raised again at the IPAC meeting, where representatives of the different political parties were duly informed of the possibility that the EC is embarking on such an undertaking before the 2020 general election.

His comment follows the concerns raised by the National Democratic Congress (NEC) about some sneaky operations perpetrated by the electoral body.
