Thomas Partey Responds to Arsenal and Man Utd Transfer Links

Thomas Partey is confident that he will remain at Atletico Madrid after being tied to Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Aged 25, he has established himself as one of the best midfielders in La Liga and has sparked the interest of several clubs across Europe.

United, City and Arsenal have been badociated with the move for Partey, with the three clubs looking for a new central midfielder before the summer transfer window.

Partey, meanwhile, has a release clause of 50 million euros in its contract with Atletico, valid until 2023.

But the Ghanaian international admits he would hesitate to leave the team of Diego Simeone.

"I grew up in Atleti and I'm sure to stay here," Parety told Cadena COPE.

"I do not know of any other place that will understand how I play as they do here."
