Thor-Deadpool Love Child? Chris Hemsworth welcomes Ryan Reynolds to the MCU

Chris Hemsworth hosted Ryan Reynolds in the Marvel film universe by sharing a photo of Deadpool adorned with a Thor paraphernalia.

Hemsworth shared the picture on Instagram with the caption "Our child of love". The image itself shows Deadpool holding a mini Mjölnir and wearing Thor's helmet. He also wears the Avengers logo on the shoulder of Deadpool, as well as a Mickey Mouse icon looming in the background. At present, it is not known who created the image.

Last week, just before Disney officially acquired 21st Centry Fox for $ 71.3 billion, Reynolds released a photo of Deadpool wearing Mickey Mouse ears on a Disney school bus. According to the Hollywood Reporter, "Reynolds's Deadpool should be the only iteration of X-Men to jump to Disney," suggesting that the rest of the X-Men will undergo a reboot, although Deadpool can enter the MCU without damage.

While Deadpool's more adult-focused content may be difficult to integrate into the MCU, Disney general manager Bob Iger has repeatedly stated that Disney will retain R-Rated Fox's R-Rated properties.
