Three illegal miners are reported to have died as a result of a galamsey pit explosion that resulted in two serious injuries.
The collapse occurred in Manso Asaman, in the Ashanti region, on Monday night.
Information available for DGN Online indicates that NADMO and the District Police Command transported the bodies to the morgue of Agroyesum Hospital, the wounded having been admitted to the same health facility.
