But according to some supporters of the MP, his statement “To my wife who is a woman” is a blow to the LGBTQI + community as he happens to be one of the people defending the LGBTQI + bill that is before Parliament. The bill criminalizing LGBTQI + activities in the country.

A Twitter user by the name of Klem Pogba wrote “Yes, to your wife who is a woman and a beautiful woman. God bless you. Please invite me to your 10th birthday where I will be coming with my beautiful one. woman who is a woman. ”

Clement also wrote: “Who is a woman, my man must have cast a shadow.”

Another added: “Seeing two beautiful people (a man and a woman) celebrate a wedding anniversary. Honorable congratulations for coming this far,” said another.
