Today, update 8 for Fallout 76

Bethesda today released Update 8 of "Fallout 76" on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, which includes new content "Wild Appalachia". The download is between 2 GB (PC) and 6 GB (consoles).

Highlights

• Quest Series – "The Lowpris Lowe": Divide truth and fiction into the mysterious disappearance of Calvin Van Lowe.
• Design and balancing adjustments: dealers, turrets, light mbad, V.A.T.S. and many others have received design changes and balancing.
• Rename objects: Customize your clothes, armor, powerful armor and weapons by giving them individual names.
• News screen: When you sign in to Fallout 76, a startup screen appears to inform you of the latest news and announcements about the game.
• The Caves (April 16): Explore the Caverns, a new underground dungeon that offers a thrilling challenge to even the most dedicated Wasteland explorers.

New content Wild Appalachia

New Quest Series: The False Lie

• The "Lying Lowe" quest series is now available. You begin to investigate this mysterious case by finding and reading one of the posters "The Sheepsquatch Eats My Brother!" In Lewisburg or at the Appalachian stations.
• "Sheepsquatch ate my brother!" – Posters are also available free of charge at the Atomic Shop until May 7, at 3 pm, Paris time. You can find them in your C.A.M.P. hang up and read to start the quest.

New Donjon – The Caves (from April 16th)

• A week after today 's update, starting April 16, a new dungeon will be available.
• This challenging adventure takes you into the basements of Harper's Ferry, following in the footsteps of the Brotherhood of Steel, who has stuck his fingers there for unknown reasons.
• On their own, even the most experienced Appalachian adventurers in the caves are reaching their limits. Assemble a team and equip yourself appropriately before venturing into this underground battlefield.
