TOKYO (Reuters) – The Tokyo District Court announced Friday that it had approved a request from prosecutors to arrest Nissan Motor Group's ousted president, Carlos Ghosn, for ten days.
The court said that he had approved a detention until April 14. Ghosn's lawyer, Junichiro Hironaka, told reporters that the defense team would form an appeal on Friday.
