Tony Bellew claims his Twitter account was hacked after Mike Thalassitis's tweet

Tony Bellew claimed that his Twitter account had been hacked while he continued to be criticized for an article on Mike Thalbaditis.

The former retired world champion switched to social media after the death of the Love Island star last week.

His comrades competing with Love Island have since claimed that he lacked support after the show to help them manage fame and fortune.

But Bellew upset them, saying that there was no reason to stress them.

He wrote: "We have learned today that the celebrities who come from these shows are stressed because they do not get enough, which makes them depressed! WTF going on?

"We have soldiers coming back from the war for THIS COUNTRY suffering from PTSD living on the street! Get a GRIP!"

After removing the tweet, Bellew went on to say, "I did not want to delete this tweet because I firmly believe that these are the good points but that the wording is incorrect!"

And on Tuesday morning, he came back on Twitter to say that his account had been hacked.

He wrote: "So, wake up to the news that I was hacked yesterday.I was told to change pbadwords, etc., and go from there.

"I would usually say I'm upset, but in all honesty, I'm not … social media is not real and has never been, oh, have a good day."

Meanwhile, Love Island will offer "tailor-made training" to all future candidates following the deaths of two former stars.

The show announced that it would now offer support to all applicants to Love Island rather than to those who request it.

The focus of care will be on helping social media and financial management candidates gain a fame on Love Island, which has become a cultural phenomenon that attracts millions of voters every season.

The review stated, "This review has led us to expand our support processes to provide therapy to all Islanders, not just those who contact us.

"The main goal will be for us to no longer rely on islanders to ask for help, but to inform us proactively with them on a regular basis."
