Mauricio Pochettino is ready to rekindle his interest in the signing of half-back Napoléon, Elseid Hysaj, according to reported information.
Tottenham boss is looking to strengthen his defense after Juan Foyth injured his ankle against Bayern Munich in a pre-season match last week.
The absence of Foyth should leave the Spurs second after Kieran Trippier was sold to Atletico Madrid for about 20 million pounds earlier this summer.
And the Express indicates that the Argentinian is ready to compete with Roma and Juventus for Hysaj.
According to the publication, Napoli wishes about 20 million pounds for the 25-year-old, who can also provide coverage on the left-back.
The Albanian, who joined Empoli in Serie A in 2015, has already been badociated with a transfer to Chelsea, Premier League rival for Tottenham.
He made 35 appearances in all competitions for Napoli last season while Carlo Ancelotti's team finished second in the Italian league.
