The transcription of 6ix9ine(February 14), the guilty plea in the federal racketeering case was announced on the Internet.
As it was reported late last month, the rapper at war born Daniel Hernandez pleaded guilty to nine counts in his federal racketeering case on January 23, and, as a condition of his plea, agreed to be a cooperating witness. In the plea agreement, 6ix9ine admitted to joining the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods in the fall of 2017. He also admits that he was involved in criminal activities, including theft, drug sales and shots.
In the documents, 6ix9ine admitted three different violent incidents in 2018, including: pay someone to try to shoot Chief Keef. He identified his partner Kooda B as the shooter. The rapper also claimed that he had ordered the tube in order to gain a better position among the members of the Nine Trey.
Elsewhere in the documents, 6ix9ine revealed that he had already suffered depression and post-traumatic stress after the murder of his father-in-law. He claimed that he had stopped showering and was plunged into deep sadness. The doctors prescribed him Zoloft and other drugs, but he never took them. 6ix9ine added that her symptoms had disappeared after her mother had resorted to Mexican remedies.
Sixty-nine will risk at least 47 years in prison when he will be sentenced on January 23, 2020. He may reduce that sentence if he cooperates with the government. The trial for the his co-defendants in the case should start on September 4, 2017.
