Eden Hazard's planned move from Chelsea to Real Madrid is dragging on, with the two clubs still fighting over the Belgian transfer fee.

Hazard scored twice in the 4-1 win of the Europa League final on Arsenal and said after the victory: "I have already made my decision and I am now waiting for both clubs, as you wait and wait the fans. You will know it in a few days.

Nearly a week later, the agreement has not yet been reached, with Chelsea and Real estimating to have a value of about 26 million pounds in their rating of the player.

Goal.com reports that Chelsea wants 130 million euros for the playmaker, while the club La Liga hopes to touch for a total of 100 million euros.

Despite the length of the negotiations, an agreement should be concluded, with a commission of 120 million euros envisaged as a possibility.

With the Belgian contract expiring in 2020, Chelsea will want to capitalize on his star player instead of letting him go for free at the end of next season.

The deal is also delayed by the change in the management situation at Stamford Bridge, while Maurizio Sarri is expected to leave for Juventus.

While Chelsea negotiates his departure and looks for a replacement, the discussions on Hazard have received less attention, but it is believed that Real has sent a representative to London to bring the deal to a successful conclusion.

"You know, my dream was to play in the Premier League and I did it for one of the biggest clubs in the world, so maybe the time has come for a new challenge."
