According to the English press, Liverpool defender Joel Matip will not renew his contract with the Premier League club and will be sold at the summer transfer window.
Matip's current contract with the Reds expires in 2020 but Liverpool will actively seek to sell it this summer. The Cameroonian had a role to play in the Merseyside club and Liverpool will look to make defensive additions once they have sold dead weights.
