Despite FIFA's successful attempts to block Chelsea from the transfer market, after an investigation was opened about their relationship with a whole list of young players and whether the club had broken the rules for trading for the young players, Eden Hazard, Chelsea star still pushing for an outing.
Hazard would have been one of the main targets of Real Madrid last summer; who wanted to sign it before being informed that they should pay 200 million euros and, with the arrival of Maurizio Sarri, Hazard ends up staying in West London.
However, the Belgian is not satisfied with Chelsea and seeks to settle in Real Madrid; something that he will continue to do even with the Chelsea transfer ban.
