Liverpool has recruited the young French Billy Koumetio from the US Orleans.
According to ESPN, the agreement has been reached and the 16-year-old will visit Reds Academy.
Liverpool has not yet spent his money in January, while he's aiming for a first Premier League title.
And manager Jurgen Klopp clearly sees Koumetio as a future, with the young man ready to leave for Melwood.

7:15 PM UPDATE: Tottenham moves to Jonas Hofmann
Tottenham is in talks with Borussia Monchengladbach about an agreement with Jonas Hofmann.
Bill says the North London club is seeking an agreement this month.
The manager Mauricio Pochettino is even ready to pay the maximum salary to Hofmann Spurs.

UPDATE 5:20 PM: Barcelona beats Liverpool
Barcelona beat Liverpool teammates at the signing of Brazilian right-back Emerson.
But the approach is complicated, Marca saying that Real Betis and Barca have reached an agreement to reunite the young man of 20 years.
Emerson will join Betis but Barca has paid a portion of his transfer fee, to guarantee the first refusal of any move in the future.
Liverpool have had scouts watching Emerson in recent months, but an agreement with Betis is now in effect.

Leeds United wants to sign Ivan Cavaleiro of the Wolves.
That's what Birmingham Live reports, which claims that the West Yorkshire club could make an offer for Cavaleiro before the end of the month.
Leeds hopes to be promoted this season and Cavaleiro, 25, played only 16 games with the Wolves.
It was part of their Premier League campaign last season and the playmaker could have the opportunity to play elsewhere if an appropriate offer comes to him.
