McInnes fought Hibernian to sign Ojo for around £ 150,000. This capture helped Aberdeen solve the current crisis in his midfield. Stephen Gleeson and Craig Bryson were still not fit.
Bostock was another real target under study but the imminent arrival of Ojo means that the deal is now dead.

West Ham may have forced Manchester United to adapt its summer transfer plans, the club seeking to be forgiven after missing Maxi Gomez.

The hammers turned their eyes to Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastien Haller.
According to The Guardian, discussions have been held with the German club for the French striker.

Manchester United are facing a race against time to sign at least two more signatures before the transfer deadline next month, but it is unlikely that one of them is Mario Lemina.
A contract for Lemina appeared as a surprise opportunity earlier this week after the midfielder was left home by Southampton for their pre-season tour.
Now, ESPN reports that United has decided to stand out from any possible agreement.
United must call on two midfielders this summer to replace Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera, who have already left.

Manchester United think they have found an alternative to Harry Maguire.
The Sun says that the Red Devils are considering playing for Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile.
The French newspaper L'Equipe said Manchester United has been watching Badiashile, 18, for two years.
And we thought that the international of France under 19 years would cost 30 million pounds, or 50 million less than what Leicester asks for Maguire.

Barcelona included a gigantic release clause in Antoine Griezmann's contract.
The champions of Spain announced the signing of Griezmann on Friday having triggered a release clause of 107 million pounds in his contract with Atletico Madrid.
But Barcelona will not make the same mistake as its rivals La Liga.
They included a buyback clause of 718 million pounds in the five-year contract with the French, 100 million more than Lionel Messi!

UPDATE 10:45 am: Saul Niguez speaks
Atletico Madrid reportedly opened discussions with Saul Niguez on a new contract.
The Spanish newspaper AS claims that Manchester United has designated the Spanish if Paul Pogba had to leave Old Trafford.
Niguez, 24, has a release clause of 134 million pounds in his contract and Atletico would be powerless to stop him leaving the Wanda Metropolitano stadium, just like Antoine Griezmann.
Niguez's current contract lasts until 2026 and could be further extended.

UPDATE 10:15 AM: New contract for Conor Hourihane
Conor Hourihane signed a new contract with Aston Villa.
The 28-year-old midfielder has made more than 100 appearances in the club since his arrival in 2017 and played a key role in their return to the top of the league in the playoffs of May.
"Aston Villa is delighted to announce that Conor Hourihane has signed a contract extension in anticipation of the new Premier League season," Villa said.
"Hourihane has achieved a remarkable comeback as a Premier League 2 player in just five years – competing in all EFL divisions along the way."
UPDATE 10:00 AM: Shkodran Mustafi is the last
Shkodran Mustafi will not leave this summer.
According to the Mirror, who claims that the German international is happy at the Emirates Stadium and does not want to move.
Mustafi, 27, would earn £ 120,000 a week at Arsenal and he still has two years left.
With Laurent Koscielny requesting a transfer and the unlikely arrival of William Saliba, Mustafi could be the first choice option of Unai Emery.

Dani Olmo keeps his options open.
The former Barcelona winger, who joined Dinamo Zagreb in 2014, has been badociated with European heavyweights Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and a return to Nou Camp.

UPDATE 9:30 AM Fabian Delph in Everton
Everton is on the verge of recruiting Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph.
According to Times' Paul Joyce, an agreement between the two parties has been reached.
Joyce says Everton will pay out 8.5 million pounds sterling that could rise to 10 million pounds with performance additions.
The English international Delph was limited to eight matches in the Premier League last season and has only played five times for City in 2019.
Fabian Delph's fees in Everton will rise to £ 8.5m, an increase of £ 1.5m.

UPDATE 9:15 AM: Laurent Koscielny fee
Arsenal named his prize for Captain Laurent Koscielny.
The 33-year-old had to fly Thursday to the United States with the rest of the team, but the club announced that the defender would not travel.

Juventus will likely have to wait until next week to announce the $ 66 million signing of Matthijs de Ligt's signature of Ajax, reported Holland.

Barcelona may have officially announced yesterday the transfer of Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid – but the saga is far from over.
And that's because Atletico is about to sue Barcelona for an additional £ 70 million.
Diego Simeone's team claims that the £ 107m received for Griezmann is "insufficient" to cover the player's redemption clause.
Atletico "initiated proceedings" to collect higher fees, finding that the transfer had been agreed prior to the reduction of the 28-year-old buyback clause to 179 million pounds on July 1.

The Tottenham leaders will meet with Saint-Etienne today to discuss the terms of a contract for central defender William Saliba, claiming RMC Sport.
It appeared that the 18 year old was about to join the Gunners after the decision to transfer 30 million euros (27 million pounds sterling).
But yesterday morning, it appeared that the Spurs were seeking to divert the agreement of their rivals from North London on the young semi-upscale center.
RMC Sport claims that the Spurs have submitted an offer of more than 30 million euros, including bonuses, and said that even if Arsenal had agreed to pay an initial amount, the two clubs had not paid the amount of the surcharges.
It is said that the Spurs and Saint-Etienne will meet today to conclude the negotiations and that if Arsenal does not move quickly, they will miss the player.

Arsenal is looking to recruit TWO defenders after Laurent Koscielny refused to join their pre-season tour.
