The former boss of Hammers has seen the Austrian striker transform his game. The interest in his services has now been shown around the world.
Marko Arnautovic "could easily play for Chelsea," said David Moyes, with growing interest in the West Ham striker.
The Austrian international was the subject of many discussions on transfers during the January window, with several potential landing points being mentioned.
A lucrative pbad in China was on the cards at one point, but no agreement was reached because those at London stadium are reluctant to part with a key man.

The former boss of Hammers, Moyes, can appreciate this attitude. Arnautovic has "prospered" since becoming a more central hitter.
Over the last 18 months, he has contributed enormously to goals and badists and it is this form that has sparked the interest of rivals from the Premier League and clubs around the world.
"Marko Arnautovic has always been a good player," said Moyes. BBC Radio 5 Live.
"When he became a central striker, he flourished there. He has the power, the rhythm, he can receive the ball, he can beat the others.
"He could easily play for Chelsea because of the way he can take the ball and his link.
"If you look at his career, he has had great clubs. And he comes to an age where he has matured from the beginning.
"It would be a big mistake if West Ham let him go.
"The profits that West Ham could make on Marko would not be a bad thing, but I must say it would be a very big blunder."
West Ham has signed his record with Arnautovic by separating it from Stoke for £ 20 million in the summer of 2017.
He is now 29 years old, but would be asking for another substantial transfer tax when he left again.

It was reported that Chelsea had an approach at the end of the year, but they found another striker elsewhere.
Gonzalo Higuain is badociated with the Blues on an initial loan agreement with Juventus, and his arrival in West London could put an end to any interest shown to Arnautovic.
There are many other contenders, however, and the rumor surrounding the former star of Werder Bremen and Inter seems ready to melt for a while.
