Tottenham is trying to get Christian Eriksen to accept a new deal by offering more than double his current salary, according to the Daily mail.
Eriksen earns around £ 80,000 a week, with Spurs offering for the first time around £ 160,000 a week. They are now discussing £ 200,000, more than double his £ 4 million salary.
But with another year on the contract, Eriksen says the money will not be an important factor given the interest shown by Real Madrid and Barcelona.
