Renato Sanches must stay at Bayern Munich and fight for his place under Niko Kovac, according to Bild.
The Portugal midfielder, who will turn 22 next month, played less than 600 minutes in the Bundesliga last season, but wants to impose on Bayern and could find the minutes of the first team easier after departure of James Rodriguez.
"I'm ready to stay," he says. "I had good conversations with the coach and [Karl-Heinz] Rummenigge. I think I will stay. Kovac is the boss, he makes the decisions. As long as I play, I'm happy. "
