Tributes were paid to a man from Aberdeenshire who died in an apparent diving accident off the coast of Murcia.
He was named locally as Phillip Evans of Balmedie and would be in his sixties.
The alarm was triggered last Thursday after he did not return from a dive near the Hormigas Islands. Emergency services discovered his body on Friday.
The UK Foreign Office said it was working with local authorities and offered support to his family.
