Serbian war criminals turned into writers are rewriting Yugoslav history
It has been almost 20 years since the war finally ended in the region formerly known as Yugoslavia. The important narrative of Serbia's role in the decades-long conflict – the deadliest war that Europe has suffered since the Second World War – is hotly contested.
