Our The favorite application for iPhone, Tweetie 2, is quickly escaped from the App Store. It seems that the new owners of Tweetie 2, Twitter, are in the process of replacing it with its Twitter application for iPhone in a few moments (or this week).
The recent update to Tweetie 2 included a slot pop-up window that would run if you were shooting to refresh. It was pretty cool the first time I did the experience, actually the first two times since you had to shoot twice to see the message "Coming soon: Tweetie will be Twitter for iPhone".
But soon after, I hated everything and I never wanted to see the message again. It has taken me a while, but you can actually cool off rather slowly so as not to disturb the monster of the slot machine that I would like to die.
