The director of operations and the director of marketing Uber have resigned as a result of a reshuffle of the direction of the piloting application.
In an internal memo, Executive Director Dara Khosrowshahi explained that these measures were intended to give her more control over day-to-day operations.
This decision comes close to a month after the fragile start of Uber's listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares slid 7.6% on the first day of trading but have since recovered.

Uber then recorded a loss of $ 1 billion last month, despite strong revenue growth.
The losses, however, were consistent with several forecasts and could rebadure the future profitability of the company.
As part of the reorganization, which was detailed in the memo seen by several news outlets, Mr Khosrowshahi said he eliminated the position of chief operating officer, held by Barney Harford since January 2018.
Khosrowshahi said the role was "meaningless" and that Uber Rides and Eats teams would now report to him directly to help "solve problems in real time".
Rebecca Messina – who joined the group as a marketing executive nine months ago – has also retired, with marketing operations to be combined with Uber's policy and communications and policy team, led by Jill Hazelbaker.
"It's Dara … who is taking charge at a time when the company really needs to execute in the eyes of public investors," said Dan Ives, managing director of equity research at Wedbush Securities. .
"It's a double-edged sword for him because it will put even more pressure on Uber's success on his shoulders."
