UBM Malaysia Announces Appointment of Gerard Leeuwenburgh as Country Director General

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, January 25, 2019 / PRNewswire / – UBM Malaysia Announces Appointment of Mr. Gerard Leeuwenburgh as the Country Director General effective 2^{North Dakota}January 2019. Gerard is responsible for providing the overall leadership needed to achieve his accelerated growth ambition in Malaysia. In this role, Gerard reports to Mr. Ian RobertsRegional Executive Director of ASEAN.

Gerard has been in the MICE business for more than 25 years and has worked for Jaarbeurs, VNU Exhibitions, in a variety of executive roles. Prior to joining UBM, he was Vice President Asia for DMG Events, responsible for managing and growing the energy portfolio in Europe. Asia. Gerard worked in Europe  and other countries Asia comprising Thailand and Singapore.
