(Reuters) – UBS AG (UBSG.S) revised its compensation policy for 10,000 employees to reduce the uncertainty surrounding bonuses and the time staff spend on badignments, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.
Employees working in the "corporate center" of the Swiss bank, which includes human resources, marketing and communications, will no longer receive variable bonuses, the FT said.
UBS was not immediately available for comment.
