UBS revises its compensation policy for 10,000 employees – FT

(Reuters) – UBS AG has revised its compensation policy of 10,000 employees to reduce the uncertainty surrounding bonuses and the time managers spend on their badignments, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.

Employees working in the Swiss bank's "business center", which includes human resources, marketing and communication, will no longer receive variable bonuses, the FT said.

UBS was not immediately available for comment.
