Dr. Frimpong Kaakyire Duku, one of the reinstated University of Education professors, Winneba (UEW), criticized the university's decision to reinstate him.
Clbadfmonline.com reports that Dr. Duku argued that the decision of the university board was a case of "Selective justice".
Mr. Duku argued that all the fired lecturers should be reinstated instead of the three who had been expelled by Vice Chancellor Reverend Anthony Afful-Broni.

YEN.com.gh understands that at least 30 university staff, including 23 lecturers, have lost their jobs in the last year.
In his most recent dismissals, the vice-chancellor notably cited the misconduct and insubordination for dismissing Professor Ephraim Avea Nsoh, Dr. Emmanuel Osei Sarpong and Dr. Duku, all of whom denied any misconduct .
Their dismissal caused an uproar on the campus. Students and alumni took part in a series of protests, one of which became violent, which resulted in the temporary closure of the school.
