Accra, March 14, GNA –
Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) awarded a full scholarship to Ms.
Wilhelmina Opoku, Best Student of the 2018 West African Senior
School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
A statement issued by
UMB and a copy to the Ghana News Agency said the stock market had been presented to
the WAEC Distinction Awards in Accra, designed to recognize and reward the best
students performing in the WASSCE 2018.
The statement says that
a full scholarship would cover Ms Opoku's tuition, accommodation and housing costs.
