Unai Emery says that Arsenal must sign at least two players after the series of injuries that hit his team.

The Gunners lost Rob Holding and Hector Bellerin while Danny Welbeck suffered a serious ankle injury in November.

Arsenal has been closely linked to Denis Suarez of Barcelona, ​​but an agreement does not seem close to being concluded.

When asked if the Gunners would meet new faces in January, Emery replied, "The club continues to work on that.

"But we can play with the players we have now and the same message is for you and all the fans, we only want to engage one or two players who can really help us with good performances.

"The club works, they know our intentions, our opportunities to recruit players who can help us, but they work and also allow us to communicate with us."

Emery then specifically listed three positions where Arsenal needs to be strengthened.

"The idea is first to find quality and this quality can help us," he added. "We need, if he can come here, a winger for the right or left side or some players also in the center of the back.

"But now, Dinos Mavropanos is coming back after his injuries and I think I can use it for the next matches."
