Unemployed man imprisoned for six months for stealing

March 24, GNA – Emmanuel Sackey, 22, an unemployed Adeiso, was put together
sentenced to six months in prison by the Asamankese District Court for
flight.

Sackey was charged with
air conditioner pipe theft, estimated at 3,000 Ghana cedis.

The accused was
imprisoned on his own plea.

The Court, presided
Cynthia Blagoggie, put the accused in prison for failing to pay a fine
2,400 Ghana cedis.
