The Johannesburg Labor Court was not immediately available to comment and the AMCU spokesman, Manzini Zungu, did not respond to Reuters' requests to confirm the ruling.
In February, the labor court ordered AMCU to suspend plans for an industry-wide solidarity strike following a demand from producers.
