The Scottish psychopath, Drew McIntyre, made a surprise appearance on WWE SmackDown Live this week and a new report revealed why.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer radio, Drew McIntyre was placed on SmackDown Live this week to protect him after his loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35.
The WWE wants to protect him because they see him as one of the best in society and so have called him a major star alongside the Bar.
McIntyre eventually disappeared during one of the commercial breaks of the main event, which left many puzzled fans about where he went. Some people have badumed that he would have been hurt at some point.
Meltzer confirmed that McIntyre was not injured, but instead, WWE had willingly let him go, so fans forget him at the end of the match as his team was visibly lost against The New Day.
