On June 15, it's the start of sales for Valve Index, a new VR headset from the company behind the Steam game service. The idea is to compete with similar products from Oculus and HTC, reports Techcrunch.
The only thing we know so far is that the unit has a headset (something is missing in the Oculus Rift S) and the joysticks are called index controllers.
The details of the specifications and the price will be presented on May 1st. From this date, it will also be possible to pre-order the Valve Index.
At the time of writing, it is unclear whether Sweden is part of the first launcher or if the headset comes later.
