Talks are underway for Britain's biggest career challenge
Unified lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko will then defend his title against British challenger Anthony Crolla.
Holders of the WBA and WBO titles got an exception that would have allowed him to join the IBF's sacred king Richard Commey on April 12, but the Ghanaian was injured by hand.
This means that the WBA, a bond, Crolla, is back in the fray, with promoter Eddie Hearn confirming on social media that he would be next on the list.
It is common knowledge that talks have already begun to try to wage the April 12th war at Staples Center in Los Angeles – the date set for Lomachenko's return.
If no transaction can be concluded, a scholarship is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13 to ensure the running of the contest.
Anthony Crolla had previously held the WBA Lightweight title before losing twice against Jorge Linares in 2016 and 2017.
Vasyl Lomachenko stopped Linares in a thriller in 2018, during which Crolla had the chance to regain his old belt thanks to a final victory over Daud Yordan in the playoff.
