Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, thanked Allah for his mercy and guidance for the success of the holy month of Ramadan.
He thanked the Muslim Ummah for its prayers for the nation.
He urged all Muslims and Ghanaians to continue living in peace, unity and tolerance for rapid development.
"Samira and I wish to take the opportunity of Eid-ul-Fitr to express our sincere gratitude to the Muslim Ummah for their prayers for Ghana," he said.
Eid-ul-Fitr is the festival of breaking the fast and is often characterized by prayers and thanksgiving.
