Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong, confronted his Asawase colleague, Muntaka Mubarak, who had tabled a motion for the second time in Parliament, referring the PNP member to the Parliamentary Privilege Committee. .

Apparently unhappy, Mr. Agyapong, who had attacked Mr. Muntaka Mubarak, raised questions about his remarks and asked that he be referred to the Privileges Committee.
The exchanges in the hall ended and the two roads separated.
Mr. Mubarak sat in the chamber where he sits as Chief Whip of Minorities before the start of the session.
Mr. Agyapong then enters the room with a few majority MPs, including Effutu MP Alex Afenyo Markin. Suddenly, we hear Mr. Agyapong address the member for Asawase.

He accused him of insults but he was retained by some fellow MPs.
The Asawase MP also responded saying that he would give a lesson to the deputy of Assin Central and that he was ready for him.

Mr. Agyapong was referred to Parliament's Privilege Committee for allegedly instigating the public to denounce the underground investigator Ahmed Hussein-Suale, who was killed by unidentified gunmen.
Mr. Mubarak, who raised the matter in Parliament, said that his colleague was in contempt of the House for the behavior that he believed led to the Death of the investigator Tiger Eye PI.
"I bring this contempt complaint to Parliament against my own colleague for his embarrbadment and outrage at the comments and public incitement against a member of the public who has unfortunately led to the death of this gentleman, "he said.
This is the second time Mr. Agyapong has been referred to the Privilege Committee. In June of last year, he was brought before the Committee for describing the legislature as a useless place.
In that case, Mr. Muntaka Mubarack told the minority that Mr. Agyapong had been described as "useless" by Parliament and insisted that he be dragged before the Privileges Committee.
