Henry Nana Boakye aka Nana B, the national organizer of the ruling New Patriot Party (NPP), warned all political party groups to comply with the new vigilance law pbaded by Parliament.

The law on the vigilantes is intended to prevent political vigilance and takes effect immediately.

Nana B admitted that failure to respect the culprits would result in consequences if she was involved in an act of vigilance contrary to the new law.

He urged all youth groups in the new ruling Patriotic Party to support President Nana Akufo-Addo's vision of fighting crime in the country.

He asked them to behave and make sure that they do not respect the laws because they will be severely punished. Thus, "the minimum imprisonment they will face will be five years".

Speaking as part of Okay FM's "Ade Akye Abia" program, Nana B expressed her deep gratitude to the president for keeping his promises to reduce crime by pbading the law on vigilantes.
