Ms. Wendy E. Addy-Lamptey, Chief of the National Office of the Council for West African Examinations (WAEC) of Ghana, said she was concerned about the interference of adults in exams, which adversely affects the results of the candidates.
According to Ms. Addy-Lamtey, adults who are supposed to teach children the right things to do, rather teach them to cheat on exams.
"A candidate would not do everything possible to search for" Ap? She also announced that WAEC's decision to immediately ban the use of cellular devices at test centers was a step in the right direction.
According to her, supervisors, supervisors and candidates will not be allowed to use cell phones and other gadgets of this type during exams.
This decision follows a research undertaken by WAEC that found that adults were the main culprits of exam abuse at all levels of education in the country.
