Walker reportedly ‘hate’ Guardiola’s job as Man City manager faces toughest selection calls

Kyle Walker admits he “would hate” to be Pep Guardiola’s place at Manchester City, with the Blues boss facing a considerable selection headache every time he replenishes a starting XI.

“I would hate to be that manager because of the headache we have to give him. Every 11 he posts seems to be performing well.

“But it’s a good problem to have and it shows how far this football club is evolving. We want to achieve great things here and we hope we can do it. “

He added: “In every game we approach it like it’s the last. We don’t change anything and we don’t do anything different.

“The manager is preparing all the same, whether it’s Swansea or Liverpool, everything is done in detail to give us as much information as possible before going out on the pitch.

“We’ll just keep taking each game as it goes and hopefully we get some trophies at the end of the season. We’re just going to keep our feet on the ground and keep working hard on the training ground.
