At a time of desperation and anarchy, the people's kingdom is in ruins, torn apart by civil war and ravaged by hunger and disease. And so it is in 2301 that Asavar Kul, a Kurgan warlord, reunites the wild tribes of Chaoswaste and wars a war against the empires of the people. The invaders invaded the distant northern kingdom of Kislev and looted its largest city, Praag. But at the darkest hour of the human kingdom, Magnus, a southern man, reunited the people to resist the invaders. The army of the empire marched to save the capital of Kislev and place the army of Kuls in a mbadive battle outside the walls of their city. Along with powerful heroes from all over the country, Magnus Kul was defeated in one fight and the hordes of chaos were broken. Blessed by the gods and welcomed like a real emperor, Magnus returned to Nuln. But even as the Old World celebrated Magnus' victory, the gods of darkness were organizing their revenge.
As the first RPG action in the world of Warhammer Fantasy Battles leaves Warhammer: Chaosbane Players immerse themselves in the aftermath of the Great Chaos War, a bloody conflict in Old World history that devastated the human world. Warhammer: Chaosbane will be released on May 31 as a Magnus edition and on June 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Clbadic editions.
